Dorisol Mimosa Hotel

I can ignore the steep road to reach the place because it’s the feature in Funchal, even for other hotels. But Most of services written on the website are not available. WiFi can only be accessed at public area, not in room. The website stated refrigerator and microwave available, however, they are not provided. The staffs working at the reception didn’t tell details about their service like massage. The last thing is the indoor swimming pool is extremely dirty, I hardly could see inside of the pool. Except these, the breakfast is good, the scenery from room is beautiful, you definitely can relax in such a place even there are many annoying things.

Didn't realise how steep the hill was, the hotel does need to be updated and painted as it doesn't look really inviting from the outside but the staff were nice and helpful
