The parking here is terrible. This is our third visit staying at Fairfield when we come to Georgia to visit family. Every time we have come we can not find parking in the late evenings. They allow large vehicles like trucks or cars with trailers that take up at least 4-6 parking spaces, limiting parking for other regular vehicles. We usually have to park on other surrounding properties and walk a far distance with luggage. Also, last night for instance, there was a truck that double parked. These situations should be giving citations for. That is not fair. They should not allowed those large vehicles park in the regular parking lot. They should have their own designated area to park or be parked off the premises. It’s truly frustrating to not find parking after being on the road for over 4 hours and just wanting a good nights rest. We really enjoy this hotel, especially the breakfast, and this is why we always come here but now because the terrible parking situation we may start looking elsewhere. I suggest putting signs in the parking lot that large vehicles that take up more than 1 space should be park elsewhere or they will be towed at their own expense.
