I've stayed here a few times with no hassels but this time the front desk service was very poor. I reserved 4 rooms, two of which i prepaid but when we got there i was told my credit card didn't go thru which was not true. The other two rooms that was not prepaid they wanted to charge more than what was quoted. Now it's the wknd and so they wanted to charge a wknd rate. It was such a mess and i was told it's because i book thru Hotel.com which is a third party booking, and that i should've book directly with them. Stayed here a few times before but never had this problem. I believe there should be some kind of compensation for my trouble.
