Extremely beautiful Property in the suburbs of Jaipur. Around 40 minutes away from Jaipur main city, but it works in its favor as it is away from the crowd and hustle bustle giving you true feeling of living in a heritage property. Extremely well Spread of breakfast and very well maintained property. Only bad part was the crowd/customer management during covid especially during the breakfast buffet. No one was listening to the hotel staff and was not maintaining any physical distance or the covid regulations. May be ye hotel staff need to be a little more stern with the guests for the greater good of the society during these unprecedented times. No need to be rude but need to find creative ways to deliver the message. More empowerment to the staff by the leadership might help, Given its a hospitality and customer pleasing industry. Overall: highly recommended and totally worth the money; might visit again.

Very far from city, food is average. The rooms are clean but safe and weighing machine is not working.

The Hotel needs a desperate renovation. Le Meridian name is getting spoilt by this property.

We absolutely loved the property. When we checked in there was a wedding going on but there was absolutely no negligence from the staff. Infact we were taken care of even more I feel. Rajeev at the reception was a dream. The property has a very functional gym apart from a pool & activities likes cricket nets, basketball, badminton, etc. We loved the stay so much that we stayed an extra night. Will surely visit again & recommend to others

I stayed in a villa for a couple of days which I received at a decent price. The hotel was good and everyone was helpful. The food was delicious. On requesting specific things in the room - an extra bed, the front desk insisted on advance payment even on repeated request to charge it to the room and setting it off on checkout. It was a bit frustrating. Also, there was some issue related to GST %ages between Hotels.Com and hotel. The hotel mentioned that this is a regular issue with expedia/hotels.com, I think these things should be cleared in advance. I am a Bon Avoy member however I got to know that booking through Hotels.Com do not qualify for any type of membership points. Further on requesting an invoice for the stay I was told that it won't be given to me as it would include the room rates which the hotel cannot disclose. I expected this stay to be comfortable as everything was prepaid however on reception I was asked for an additional amount, I've been constantly asked on all days when this will be paid and not providing an invoice or providing membership points seems a bit odd. I think the discount we get on the website is at the cost of membership points and this should be cleared upfront. Also, it seems a distinction is made for bookings coming through third party agent (Hotels.com) and direct bookings. Also, the hotel can improve on trusting guests bit more and accommodate guests request.

Our trip to Jaipur would not have been as memorable as it was if it was not for the staff of Le Meridien. From the moment we checked in, the staff gave us a warm welcome. Soumana made sure that our room was ready and made as per our request. Throughout our stay, Soumana as we as the housekeeping manager ensured that our visit was comfortable and ensured that we were well looked after. The experience with the restaurant was nothing short of exemplary and outstanding! MonaLisa, Amrit, Kali, Chef Ram, Chef (Oriental) made our experience at the restaurant memorable and remarkable. From their breakfast buffet to a la carte, everything was cooked to perfection and served with the most remarkable service. Chef Ram would always follow up with us to ensure that we had enjoyed our meals and would go out of his way many times to accommodate our diverse appetites. Staff was kind enough to pack lunches for us when we were out exploring the city. We would like to thank Mona Lisa, Amrit, Kali, Chef Ram, Chef (Oriental) for going out of their way always and making each meal a complete pleasure. Mona Lisa welcomed us to the restaurant with a bright and friendly smile and served us complimentary starters. Amrit and Kali would pack the best chocolate chip cookies for us as snacks.
