Average stay this time. the water never became hot. The TV kept losing signal. We spoke to the staff and they sent maintenance up twice. Nothing changed. We gave up asking and just dealt with it. We were there 4 nights. Will go back to Best Western next trip.

Clean, but the Management Staff meh...
Room was nice, facilities were clean. The eco-friendly was over the top... we were to have our room cleaned every other day...which is fine, but coffee pods were then not refilled daily, and the "every other day cleaning" was on the third day. staff was kind and helpful. The manager was so over busy behind the "not so busy" bar, she couldn't help the guests lined up at the check in desk. The guy was swamped trying to help arrange a large group from one of the NHRA teams... other patrons, like me who needed a towel waited a LONG TIME to even get an acknowledgment that I/We were waiting.

Hilton Garden Inn is a brand-new hotel. All facilities and amenities are modern and clean. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The room and toilet are clean. Shopping and dining are 10-minute walking from the hotel. Will stay in Hitlon again in the future.
