Service was horrible. Basically service was non existente. You would go in to the restaurant and no one would come to service you. Facilities are in bad conditions. They knew we were celebra our birthday's and not even Happy Birthday

Tried taking a bath but the water was brown. The sheets smelled. Wasn’t a good experience.

The hotel location was beautiful, the staff we came in contact with were very nice, the room was clean and comfortable upon arrival. My husband and I have been to Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, and Playa del Carmen for similar week long vacations at a beach front hotel and never have I left disappointed until this trip. To start we always put the do not disturb sign on our room to make sure nobody was coming in even when we were out but every time we came back our stuff was moved and it was partially cleaned. There are very limited dining options and the food was at its best plain. You have to make reservations for dinner if you don't want the buffet and what we didn't expect was for someone to go into our room, with the do not disturb sign on, and not clean anything but to put candy on the pillows and put towels on the floor. We did not request this when we made the reservation so that was weird. We had to move rooms and while getting our things I could not find my wedding ring or a small gold colored necklace. They were not put in the safe because the necklace was $20 at most and the ring was hidden under scrunchies in a bag. I told management, they made a report and then went through my things to make sure I didn't have them. Later I realized my wireless headphones were also stolen, I didn't notice because I was crying over my lost ring and gift from my grandmother, but after wasting my last day on reporting my ring and necklace we decided against going through that again.

The resort was so clean and the entire staff were so accommodating!

Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. The beach is wonderful.

My experience was fantastic!! The property was great, the food and service were great, the evening activities (specifically the “Mayan Show”) was amazing. Great drinks and awesome beach front resort

They had a lot of fun activities for the kids! Beach is great! Pool is great! Food, not great! If the food was better, we would definitely go back!
