Perfectly located hotel
Very unassuming hotel from the outside, but very modern, clean, and comfortable hotel. The staff was very professional, helpful, and eager to assist. The hotel is located in a convenient yet quiet neighborhood that is 15 minutes from the historic center of Vienna and a 10 minute walk to Prater. Several restaurants within walking distance of hotel as well as a subway entrance across the street. Highly recommend the property.

Great hotel and location to explore Vienna.
Lovely hotel in a terrific location to be able to walk to all that Vienna has to offer. Just outside the city, so much more quiet than properties within the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, spotless, well equipped and cleaned every day. The breakfast area was in my opinion slightly small for the size of the hotel, which was reflected in sometimes having to wait to be seated. That said, we never had t wait more than 5 minutes for a table. Overall I would recommend the property and would gladly stay there again.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. The room was clean and roomy, and it was nice to be able to sit on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The breakfast was amazing every day. I like the breakfast. Very good quality. Location is excellent, close to subway and tons of restaurants. It was very touching that on my daughter's birthday, when we came back to our room, there was a card, piece of cake and a boloom on the coffee table! They probably noticed her birthday on her passport. These small details make this hotel unique. I will stay again next time.

Very pleased with this hotel. We had a veyry clean, comfortable and big room, I suppose the bathroom was a bit small but it was ok and spotlessly clean. . The breakfast was very good, most of it home made. The choice was good and plentiful. The location is great, 25 minute walk to St Stevans church, or the U1 Nestroyplatz stop is literally opposite the hotel front door. The staff were helpful and friendly. If you like a drink there is an honesty bar with a small range of drinks or a few bars in the vicinity.

Overall the hotel is good. Great location and friendly staff. I didn’t like my first night as the aircon was locked so I was far too hot and barely slept. I didn’t realise it was locked but when I asked a member of staff in the morning it was sorted out quickly. Breakfast can be a bit chaotic at busy times. There’s a selection of vegan and gluten free foods but I think it would be more helpful if they were together instead of spread out - this would also help anyone with allergies avoid cross contamination. There’s a lot of roadworks going on across the city, including outside which meant my taxi arriving found it hard to get there. Considering that, it was very quiet at night. I would probably stay again if I go back to Vienna.
