The main level offers an open "great-room" or combined living room and kitchen, perfect for entertaining and the practical demands of group settings. There's a walkout here to the outdoor living space — a private backyard with gas grill and plenty of potential under our big, Colorado skies. The living room also features an attractive gas fireplace and quality, leather furniture. The surfaces here are granite and stainless steel, the flooring is hardwood and everywhere you look there's a sense of care and craftsmanship. The kitchen is fully functional and ready to entertain, ready for your culinary creations.
Upstairs you'll find (3) of the home's four bedrooms including the stunning KING master offering a private bath and walkout access to a private balcony facing west … which means PERFECT views of our STUNNING sunsets and mountains. The two additional bedrooms feature KING and queen comfort respectively, as well as an additional bathroom. All of the beds feature hotel quality linens and are professionally cleaned and laundered. There is also a entire laundry room.
Downstairs on the lowest level there's a separate living space as well as an additional bathroom and bedroom with a bunk bed (2 singles) — a totally separate space offering the prospect of kid-time and adult-time, free from the encumbrances and (or annoyances!) of the other! Just a few hundred yards from the Rocky Mountain foothills, this home is located on the Springs' west side, near Red Rocks Canyon Open Space Park … a hidden gem of a park offering many of the same spectacular rock formations and trails that the more well-known Garden of the Gods Park offers, without the crowds and tourists. Another park, Bear Creek Park, is also just up the road. Attractions such as Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs, with their unique and historic artisan shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife are both just down the road, approximately 2 mins by car, or a 10 minute walk or bike ride. Downtown Colorado Springs is also just about 5 minutes away by car. Visitors to the Springs will inevitably spend most of their time on the west side, close to this property, and guests staying here will be gloriously close to all the goodness, natural or built, that Colorado Springs offers travelers and visitors to the region.
Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:
- Instead of charging a security deposit, Hoste charges a non-refundable $49 damage waiver fee that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.
Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously.
