Save your money and go elsewhere!
When we arrived we were greeted with about $300 in additional fees than what was quoted. The room was small, floors were dirty, and towels/washrags were harder than sandpaper. There was mold in the shower as well. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel the first night and waited two hours for food. Then my fiance didn’t get the cheeseburger he ordered, they instead gave him some “day old” meat. That is what the server called it. After paying $1100 for 3 nights, due to hidden and additional fees, we were completely unsatisfied with our stay. They charge for literally everything they can. There is a water bottle in the room and if you use it they charge you $15. They charge you to use the safe in the room you paid for. We will never be back

The hotel and bar were great. The car valet area was tight and meant many cars blocking the street to get in. Also could heat the guests next door in their bathroom from our bathroom. This was not the case in the room itself. The staff were all wonderful.

The room itself is nice. The hotel is nice. Location to the dome is nice. There is NOTHING to do around the hotel except for whatever you are doing at the dome. The area is so sparsely populated that it would be kind of creepy walking alone. Nothing to do in LeClede's Landing. Just got panhandled. One bartender at the bar on a Saturdaynight. She was very rude and yelled at me for looking down at a menu while I waited "if you want to order food I recommend not doing it because I am working by myself and it will be a long time". She was looking to pick a fight and take it out on me who had the audacity to literally just glance down at the menu while I politely waited and didn't even ask her any questions. Needless to say, just went back to room and left hotel as early as posible in the morning to get the hell out of STL. $35 for checking in a couple hours early. Just nickled and dimed. Will not be back and do not recommend.

I stayed in this hotel for a work trip and had jewelry stolen by the cleaning crew off a jacket hanging in the closet. When I reported it, no management was on staff, so nothing happened. I expect more when staying at a Marriott and especially while on a busy work trip. This made me feel very unsafe. I hope that Marriott steps it up and catches this thief. They should no longer have a job at this hotel. I hope this person knows that bad karma is coping soon. And why was there no manager available?? Why couldn't security do anything at the time? ? Very poor management. Would not recommend this hotel.
