Eh, served its purpose
The property is being renovated. I’m not sure if our room was one of the already done rooms or not. If it was then this is bad, if not, maybe there’s hope. The room was comfortable enough for our purpose which was a place to sleep after picking my son up after arriving on a late Flight. I wouldn’t recommend for anything more than that. There was what looked like black mold in the bathroom and the lamps, tub and fixtures had all seen better days. There was no smell and the beds were comfortable. The blanket on the bed was very worn and very thin. The walls were also very thin. I could hear our neighbors entire morning routine and phone conversations and they were speaking at a regular pitch. Thankfully they didn’t have any “adult” activities going on. For the price I paid and the purpose on the trip, it was fine but I wouldn’t take any extended trips there. The construction being done was right above our head but did stop exactly at 5pm as promised. I was a little worried about the 9am start time since we got in from the airport so late but my neighbor flushing the toilet woke me up long before any construction started. The WiFi was strong enough for me to get some work done during the day. Maybe after the renovations are done, this will be a better option. Probably still wouldn’t do more than 1 or 2 nights.

We stayed here because they advertised shuttle service to and from the airport.When we arrived , we were told they no longer did shuttle service. Cost in taxis was over $50.00.USD We would not have stayed there if we knew in advance.

Good for one night
The hotels seems to have gone through some renovations but it’s not tip top. The shower had rust in the tub, saw tiny roaches, the bed smelled like someone had slept in it and the sheets and curtains had stains. Overall the floors and towels were clean and bed well made. But proximity to the airport is a plus.

Good for an overnight stay
Lovely renovated hotel, very clean and comfortable. The only issues were with key cards that did not work for a number of guests, including myself. There were people also hanging out in the hallway having a conversation, and the sound really carried loudly.

Clean room but terrible customer service
The room was clean and quiet in the evening but the customer service is terrible!! Before being asked to move rooms due to renovations starting the second day of my stay, one of the cleaners walked right in my room without knocking. Then there was a charge of $44.15 places on my credit card that the manager could not locate and I have yet to hear back from them regarding if they will make it right. This was even after a follow up email. Looks like I’ll need to call their corporate office.

Not the best hotel
There is not enough help. The front desk has to do too much to stay at desk. Also the man was on cell phone talking to someone about car repairs. It seemed we were bothering him to have questions. Hotel was being remodeled but the room i had was remodeled. it was not impressive.

Under Renovations
Upon checking in the person at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. He informed me that the Hotel was currently under renovations and that I would hear some noise throughout the day. Of course I wasn’t too thrilled to hear that and probably wouldn’t have booked if I knew this was the case prior. Fortunately the noise wasn’t too bad. The room I got was very clean, spacious, and appeared to be one of the newly renovated rooms which was a plus. On the other hand the water pressure from the shower in the room was very low. I didn’t bother to complain about it because I figured it was due to the renovations so I dealt with it. The breakfast they offer is very basic. Eggs, Bacon, sausage, toast or a Bagel. That’s about it. Most hotels I stay at that offer breakfast offer the same things with the addition of either Pancakes or Waffles which would of been nice to have as an option. My room key was giving me issues which I’m pretty sure it wasn’t so much the key but the lock on the door. Everything was new including the doors. I had to exchange my key twice and even then I had to play around with the lock on the door to get it open anytime I left my room which became annoying after a couple times. Once again I chalked it all up to renovations. Other than that I would stay here again but after renovations are complete. With the couple of inconveniences at this Hotel due to the renovations, It would of been fair to take off 20% or even 15% on the room costs to customers….

Not as advertised….
The guy at the front desk was very nice but this hotel isn’t anything at all like the photos. It’s very rundown, very dirty, and very loud. I feel bad writing this because all the staff went above and beyond for us, but the condition of the hotel is terrible. The door to the bathroom was rotting and moldy. The carpet smelled and was worryingly damp. The beds were alright in all fairness. Lots of nicer places in the area for similar money. I’d go to one of those next time.
