Holiday Inn Chicago Nw Crystal Lk Conv Ctr, an IHG Hotel

We had a wonderful room with a great view. We were very satisfied.

Nice hotel, looks like it is being updated. Pool was very clean. Rooms were very nice and clean.

Property recently renovated. Job well done. The pool situation is pretty sketchy. Never enough towels. Pre booked pool times would be preferred at this location, but they never are. Pool bathrooms unclean.

rooms were clean..comfortable beds. hot tub in the room was spacious and relaxing. ran out of hot water filling up hot tub had to wait for hot water to build back up. restrsunt and bar were closed so no free breakfast and had to leave to get food unless you want to pay for delivery. so I felt the room was a little pricey.

The only problem was that the bathtub was over flooding

The property is beautiful, unfortunately due to Covid-19 the restaurant was closed, that was the #1 reason we booked a room. However, the staff was amazing! They were friendly, professional and attentive. Will definitely stay there again!

I didn’t originally get the room I asked for, but that was the travel sites fault. It got straightened out, but we had to change rooms a couple times!

Key card not working, had to be reactivated everyday

We were put in a corner hall on the first floor which had many rooms under construction which made the hall very messy. Our room was from 1980’s. There were lights out in many of the hallways throughout the facility. My 12 & 14 year old didn’t feel comfortable walking around.

The hotel itself was okay. I feel like i was swindled though, i paid extra for breakfast to be included, just to get there and read that its a "brown bag breakfast". Sorry, but you shouldnt include that as an upgrade. Even if i wanted to use the "breakfast coupons, there were absolutely no instructions on how to redeem them since the restaurant seemed closed my entire two day stay. Now, on to the room. We paid for a king size room with a jacuzzi tub, but we got extras! Stains on the bedding and ceiling, the floor in the bathroom was literally peeling up. The jacuzzi tub also had a nice amount of dirt in the bottom among entering the room. Light fixtures and bed headboards were caked in dust. I was HIGHLY disappointed with my stay. My boyfriend and i didnt even stay the second night, we left at 11:30pm on the 19th.
