Upon arriving at this hotel it was obviously a mistake. Aside from the potholed lined driveway leading to this aged building adorned with Xmas lights on the roof line from years gone by, like those you'd see in a trailer park.(No offense to those who may live in a trailer, since yours would undoubtedly be a better place to stay than this hotel). Checking in was like entering into a hazmat chemical spill area as my senses were so accosted by the smell of cigarette smoke soaked down by chlorine my throat instinctively closed up to protect my lungs from this "agent orange concoction". I however did not witness a pool, nor did I have the curiosity to discover the source of it. I do believe it is the hotel's attempt at pest control and with likely probability an effective solution? At that point my expectation were lowered enough that even opening my door to find a decomposing dead body wouldn't have been too surprising. Fortunately for me there wasn't since there was nowhere else to stay except for sleeping in the car or on the ground, even debated it for awhile and now regret. So, as I was getting in the shower I was trying to think of something nice to say about the place, then it crossed my mind, "Hot running water", that's what I'll say!! Just as I got in the shower it went ice cold! Honestly you can't make stuff like this up cause it just doesn't happen at hotel that has standards, even low ones! The best use for this Real Estate is a continuation of McDonald's parking lot.

Have stayed several times. This time had issue with ac thermostat going on and off every ten minutes making tough to sleep. Called desk at midnight who brought fan to room immediately. Bed and pillows could be more comfortable

Great location near Gun Stock mountain resort.Overall good location and hotel was clean. Staff friendly. A couple of things I did not like was that the hotel charges a 30$ cot fee and/or 20$ dollars extra for additional people. Lastly the blankets on the bed were very old...clean but old, with burns in the blankets. Lastly, I was in a non-smoking room on a smoking floor so between the old blankets and the cigarette smoke my allergies were through the roof!

Hotel charge me for the room as well as hotel.com and that of paying twice had to fight with them Stay away from 135 is horrible
