View of Burj Khalifa
Dusit Thani Dubai is a nice, modern and clean hotel close to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Museum of the Future. The hotel has its own parking and a rooftop pool. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from Dubai Mall and other places around Dubai. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has four restaurants in total. Two restaurants are on the ground floor and two are on the 24th floor. We tried the Thai restaurant on the 24th floor and were satisfied. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Our hotel room had a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa and the city. We had four bottles of drinking water in the hotel room every day. The bathroom was clean and offered a sufficient number of towels. Breakfast was on the 24th floor and offered a wide selection of hot and cold dishes including eggs cooked to order. We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel also offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. We used this service on both occasions. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and if we return to Dubai this will be our first choice. The only thing that really disappointed us was the communication with the hotel before our stay. We sent three messages to the hotel via Hotel.com and I didn't get a reply to any of them.

This is our 7th time staying at dusit thani. Excellent service from all staff. Shout out to concierge Malik and manager Ernie for assisting us with our transportation to the airport which was very difficult becauze of new yr’s eve. They really looked after us very well!
