Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, DFW Airport South, TX

The Hotel looked and felt dirty. The floors and elevators needed a thorough sweeping. The room was fine for sleeping. There are a few good food choices nearby. I will stay elsewhere next time I am in town.

Our flight got cancelled, so we looked for options around the airport. We didnt expect much, so any place within our budget was OK, that is how we selected this hotel. However, we found three living cockroaches in our room, so we named them Pepe, Juan and Maria.

Had to leave another hotel due to conditions and service. This was exactly what we needed!

There was good and bad! Let me start with good. Customer service was good. Check in was fast and painless. Had waffles and it was good. The pool was perfect. On the other side some how ended up in smoking room and it was extra rank like room full of smokers. Opened window and started a.c. a.c. smelled even worse. Checked filter to see if needed clean and no filter at all. When plugging coffee pot in sister stepped on something that appeared to be dog poo. When we went swimming noticed hot tub green so asked and they sent guy to clean it. That ended up driving us out of pool fumes from cleaner he was using very strong. Went to breakfast no salt or pepper! Non available. Was going to hot tub this morning before check out and although sides clean on hot tub floor still green.. Over all would I stay again? Yes no one is perfect and all in all stay was good. But one more thing😁 outside door didn't shut right on our floor so anyone can come in bacl of building! So if scared be aware!!!! Oh almost forgot water in room came out in a trickle but was hot. I have photos but won't load them on hotel Wi-Fi.😂
