Staff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed with a smile. The location is great and convenient for parks, the shuttle was on time and the driver was also great. I was lucky enough to get a room from where I could see some of the fireworks from magic kingdom, an unexpected treat. There’s a target and a five below across the street that is also very helpful for people like me who are terrible packers and need to buy last minute stuff. Great restaurants around too for all budgets. I’m def coming back!

Room was large but had no table or chairs to sit around or place things just a big open area. Looks unfurnished and spartan. Stayed in other Fairfield hotels that were much more comfortable and this is a newer one. Will not return.

Great stay, but low water pressure = crappy shower
Stay was great, breakfast offering was awesome! BUT: The water pressure on the 6th floor sucked. Could barely take a decent shower, and the pressure would often randomly drop during the shower to a mediocre stream, and some times so low it would cause the diverter to pop down and you’d have to pull it back up to get the shower to start again. Other than that, would stay here again, but ask for a lower floor with better pressure.

Body Fluids on the Wall?
Check in was quick and easy. Our room had what appeared to be a blood stain on the wall. The AC unit was loud and disruptive. The deadbolt on the door wasn’t functioning correctly. We had a number of issues that were all minor but added up quickly. The stain on the wall closest to the right side of the bed was the most disturbing though.

Ive stayed there a few times on disney trips and its great. However, i was dissatisfied this last time that they now charge $20 daily parking.

The stay was good except first night.
First night sofa bed had bed bugs and my grandnephew has bed bites, didn’t notice til morning. They comp be for that night. I asked front desk laundry service to wash grandnephew clothes, they gave me coins and detergent to wash his clothes, I found out later they charged me.
