A very enjoyable stay very close to all points of interest in Amsterdam a very quiet area and very peaceful I would recommend to all visitors
Ian Reginald, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

The rooms are dirty and smelly. I had to check out. I was unable to sleep in these conditions.

It is a dated establishment but clean and quiet. The location is excellent, and the price is reasonable. The little bar is an oasis of calm in a busy city.

Very nice staff and service. Old and shabby hotel, but in quiet area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was very friendly, the hotel was charming and perfectly located. The room, although small, was a perfect slice of Amsterdam. We plan to stay here when we return. Thank you Christina and Omar

Perfect location
Great location, very quiet room, good heating at night. I’m 6’2” and hit my head a lot walking around the room and hotel, but that’s normal in Europe, and bed was a little small for my height.

Fantastic stay and the most wonderful staff. Clean and tidy. An excellent place to stay.
Zoe, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Wonderful, friendly staff
The hotel is in a cool historic building right on a canal. Be prepared for the stairs, there isn’t an elevator. The room was really small, but the window opened and we had our own tiny bathroom. The staff and owner were absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough nice things about them. There is also a nice lounge area in the lobby and a smoking lounge downstairs. If traveling on a budget, I would stay here again.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Our room faced the canal, so we could watch activity up and down the street. Enjoyex our time in Amsterdam very much.

Amsterdam break
It's a very very basic hotel so don't expect anything you would normally get even with another budget hotel! Great location for city exploring. and frieldy staff, but that's it. Room was poor, bed poor, facilities broken and not working . Clean linen for bed but very run down room.
John, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

We are in December and there is no heating. We were freezing. Very old. No hot water. Not very clean. No lifts. Do not recommend

The owners interact with you. They are very hospitable people. They give you a warm comfortable feeling of family, which we need when we are in a foreign country for the first time.

A great place to stay in Paris
The neighborhood is safe and close to excellent cafes, bike lanes, and metro. The staff were terrific. Very kind and attentive to any request we had. The room was all we could ask for (clean, quiet, comfy, etc).
Ferris, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Worst hotel
Terrible, the toilet leaked and didn’t worked and the hotel couldn’t be bothered to fix it
Gareth, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

The staff was super friendly. Free, coffee drinks in the morning. I ordered the capucinno- delicious. The area was super convienient to everything, right on a canal. The property itself was older and not updated, but the location, cost and staff made it lovely.
