This comment is coming from a person who has more than 50 days in a hotel each year traveling with work, We was very tired, after a long journey we arrived at 14:00 we kindly asked if we could check inn , the 2 old receptionists was not in the mood of welcoming us, we fell asleep in our car, if they wanted to do better, they could have invited us inside, give us a cup of coffee, ask the cleaning, to prioritize our room, I saw this happen in France it had much stronger effect on the all over feedback, I know they can not do this for all customers, but then again how often is guests coming to early, we often arrive much later, the room was working .the pool was nice, clean and warm👍
Breakfast
instead of a full buffet and free seating, the staff where extremely busy seating all guests, and spending time on asking everyone what they wanted to order special for each person, running around trying to serve a fast as possible I’m impressed by the staff in the breakfast area , but I think they could do better and more smoothly with egg and bacon + Nutella added to the buffet and free seating setup a rack for the used service, like they do on many other hotels , check out was smooth
