We do require that all guests electronically sign a Vacation Rental Agreement with our company after booking either directly or through an online travel agency like Airbnb, VRBO, etc. Guests have the flexibility of a smart lock to check in when it's convenient for them after the check in times. If you would like us to, we can come by and meet our guests during their stay to say hello! But we also want to respect your privacy, and especially with Coronavirus we will not come to the property
