Best Western Hotel Artdeco

Pros: the hotel is located within walking distance to the Metro B line and has a very good breakfast with a nice variety of foods and great service. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: the room did not look like the website pictures, it was “extremely” small and the twin bed was firm. The TV only had an English station for the news and one for music videos

For a 4 star hotel it was quite underwhelming honestly. Bed was not comfortable. Furniture looked old. Air conditioning was good. Nice fridge. Bathroom was okay.

Excellent value for money. Four of us adults in a family room, however the Kingsize bed as stated on the reservation was two singles, and the two singles were part of a small sofa bed which was fine for our overnight stop, and because we are not especially large guests they were comfortable but a little cramped, but it might have not been so good for others. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room as stated and when I enquired, was told that these needed to be requested. As we were late arriving the night porter had no access to them. They were promised to be delivered next morning but no tea making facilities ever arrived. However the breakfast at the hotel was excellent value, and service was prompt hand helpful. A small remark, but had these been addressed it would have been an excellent stay.

Mostly a nice stay here. But there were a few problems I encountered with the room. Cons: 1. There is no security lock on the room door, so you cannot lock the room door from inside. 2. The shower curtain (it’s actually a piece of glass only) has a very stupid design, need very cautious use in order to keep the water in the bath tub. The water flows out to everywhere during my first two shower. 3. The toilet broke down during my first day of stay, but the staff was very helpful and fixed it immediately. Pros: Great location. Convenient to nearby metro stations. Plenty of restaurants around. Fair price.

The room was is done very badly. It seems like the walls are closing in on you. The bathroom is also very very tiny.
