Please allow 2-3 hours time from DIA in Denver and 1 hour from Eagle
Remember that mountain roads may be snow-packed or icy, and that you
may be driving at night.

From Denver: Take I-70 West from Denver to Exit 167 (Avon). At the
bottom of the exit ramp, enter the roundabout and go 3/4 around to
pass under I-70.
From Eagle: Take I-70 East from Eagle to Exit 167 (Avon). Bear right
at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Avon Road.
Continued: You will pass through two more roundabouts through town. At
the last roundabout take the second right into Beaver Creek Resort.
The Security Gate staff will ask your destination. Explain that you
are staying at Townsend Place. They may ask for reservation
Proceed up Village Road approximately 2 miles. You will pass under a
chair lift and you will pass Offerson Road.
Continue up Village Road. Turn left into Townsend Place which is
located directly across from Scott Hill Road.
Building A is the first building on your left. Parking Pull under the
building to park.
If you have an over-sized vehicle (over 17 feet in length), please
park on west side (outside) of building or risk being immediately
