Service is the product and they failed
No matter how good or bad your product is; service is the key. When checking in 8 people in 8 rooms the reception insisted to do this using my creditcard 8 times for 8 identically rooms. With the result that my card were blocked and we spent 30 min. standing and waiting before we could get our roomkeys. Same show when we checked out - asked for 1 consolidated invoice - and again I spent 30 min. just waiting answering the same question 3 times from the receptionist. "If you pay monkeys you get monkeys".
