4 star hotel, service is responsive

Overall the Redbury is great. Tight quarters for 2 adults and 2 kids, but good because we weren’t in our room, unless we were sleeping

We checked in right away in the morning, the property was clean, great location, and very comfortable bed! The service was amazing, and a fantastic restaurant right downstairs. We will definitely be returning!

Overall, The Hotel is good in all areas (eg condition of the room, customer service, location) other than the condition of the hotel itself when it comes to the communal/public areas. The hotel is in bad need of renovation with the communal areas very outdated and rather run down/tired. As a consequence, I could not invite to meet me at the hotel for any business meeting. I appreciate that this commentary refers to an area that the hotel owner(s) may have plans to attend to in due course. But right now, I would be unlikely to choose it again. Another issue is that the website is misleading when it gives the impression that there is a gym in the hotel when the reality is that the gym is located 5 streets and a block away. This is especially an issue to consider when there is an additional daily charge of about $35 for services such as the gym and wifi.
