1/ The area cleaning wasn't very good in common area like dobby. Next, the windows in my room is so dusty and the moment I pull my window curtain, it was so dusty.
2/ Went for B/F first morning and whenever I walk pass the staff, they ask for my room no which total about 4 times. And worst still one guy just from no way came to us asking " What is you room no" when we are taking our food.
3/ I try to ask if there is eggs and some one dressed like chief told us yes but need to make order, so when I try to ask for sunny egg, he just walk away. Then I asked again in total 4 times then someone finally take my order. But eventually I got the wrong type of egg I asked for.
4/ The ice-cream box was empty and other guests were asking why it was empty, the replied from the staff was we are very busy.
5/ we gave up taking our B/F next morning, but went back for a cup of coffee after taking our B/F from eatery place outside hotel..
6/ The paring facilities wasn't manage properly as well, there was occasions that many car were queue to put the car in the lift but suddenly there is car coming out form the lift, so can you imagine s many people had to move their cars, and there was a break down of the system and we waited for hours to take our car. Then, when we wanted to check out of hotel and ask for temporary park our car outside of the hotel but was rejected and the staff wanted us to ark illegally by the road side, and finally we have to drive our car into the lift and wasted 10 mins
