General manager Kevin Oleynchuck extremely rude, was bothered by us wanting to talk to him directly about our stay.
We booked with through Expedia and because of that we were treated poorly. They do not see a third party booking like a regular booking.
We paid 350$ for the night.
When we checked in, Justin gave us a room on the first floor marked for the hearing impaired. We asked him to please change it and he got upset, saying this was what we booked, and there is no other room available. I asked if we were the last guests to arrive and he said yes.We wanted to leave and he said there will be no refund. The room was definitely not what we booked.
Couple of minutes later someone else checked in. Justin did not want to accommodate us.He said he called the GM and when I asked to speak with him he said he will not answer.😄😄 and refused to accommodate us.
AT 6:30 AM all guests were evacuated because of a gas leak , and we slept in our car in the parking lot for 3 hours. When we went back to the room, there was only cold water for the shower.
We talked to Kevin GM for some sort of compensation, and all we got was his rude behavior and answer " No No No " .He asked us why we even requested to talk to him.
350$ to sleep in the car and be treated like that by management and front desk Justin is a little bit pricey.
We do not recommend anyone to go there.
