One night stay. The room was clean and large. The air conditioner did not function properly. Called the front desk at midnight and there was no answer. We opened the window and listened to the trains for 3 hours until the room finally cooled down to a comfortable temperature. Requested a wake up call that never happened.

I booked long in advance I arrived and was assigned one of the worst rooms East building directly next to train which ran day and night Right above the trash with bottle recycling two times during the night and next to the ice machine Terrible for sleeping Pull down blinds do not have a pull up and do not block the bright light on all night right outside my window Drapes so skimpy about 12 inches each side provided no blockage of the all night light
