The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Very pleased with our stay

We had a wonderful stay here. It was clean and very nice. The only problem we had the whole week was kids jumping up and down on the stairs and playing games in the staircase two nights in a row. It was near our room and kept us up. The staff was quick to address the situation though. We were thankful for that.

Bedbug infestation ended up covered in bites, on a good note....they did call exterminators, housekeeping doesn't do q good job cleaning and consistently had to ask for toilet paper

I love staying here on my monthly work trips. Everyone is so nice. Process is easy. They even gave me my favorite room this last time! Thanks so much to all the staff at this location. If I have to be away from home, it's nice to see familiar faces.

The hotel room was disgusting. The hideabed was had crumbs all over it, obviously had fallen through the cracks of the couch. The king bed had a booger in it. There were coffee drips on the bathroom door frame and the dresser. The phone was sticky (and I had to call down to the front desk-yuck!). There was hair in the shower and in the corners in the bathroom. We requested a room change and the second room was actually worse! So we went back to the original, changed the sheets on both, got Clorox wipes and a vacuum and cleaned it ourselves. All of this at 10pm on a Sunday night with 2 little kids :( However the staff member was excellent, the pool was really warm and breakfast was good. All staff members were friendly. The layout of the room was very nice and upgraded to have a modern feel, with some nice things like usb charge plugs.

The room was very clean. My husband and i stayed on the 4th floor and it was quiet and relaxing!

It was a very nice stay...until morning. We went down to eat breakfast at 8 am and that was nice. It was new years eve the night before andcwecwere up late so when we went back to our room everyone just wanted to sleep. checkout isnt until noon but we had two housekeeping employees come in without knocking andvtwo who announced themselves as housekeeping to which we replied that we were sleeping. It was a situation that ruined an otherwise excellent hotel experience. We felt that if we hadnt been in the room our valuables would have been at risk by whichever house keeping person gained access at the time. They all have keys! We wont stay again unless we are sure the management corrects this problem. Never had this happen before even at cheap hotels.

We had a great time at the pool. We absolutely loved our multiple bed suite. Very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Second time staying here. Lovely hotel. Large enough pool for lap swimming.
