Comfort Suites UCF/Research Park

My stay was great.

The room was not so good. Bathroom floor was dirty. Something was wrong with the AC. The room was musty smelling and felt humid.

Bed was horrible. As soon as I walked into the room u can tell the bed was sagging in the middle. There was white stuff in the carpet which I’m not even gonna say what I though it was. The shower head trim was broken you can tell it has been caulked a few times before. The room was noisy as you can hear the traffic from the outside. An insulated window probably would do the trick. And the door coming in from outside was right next to our room so every time someone used that door it would slam shut. They ran out of maple syrup but still had the waffle maker up and running and at least 5 people after me made waffles and were looking around for syrup and the lady said they were out each time but kept the waffle maker running. At least the employees were nice.

Clean room, spacious bathroom but room furniture a bit worn out... At check in, my room number was assigned to another family and we all had a close encounter in the same room. Mix up was cleared. There was no safe box and had to carry our jewelry in our purse everyday... Friendly and helpful staff
