Rooms were new and the service as great. Pool table and snacks in the main area for everyone to use.

Nice hotel with an upbeat atmosphere. The squeeze soaps were impossible to get out the products. I was disappointed that they did not have black tea since I do not drink coffee. The bedroom area did not have carpeting which probably makes it cleaner, but also is a colder feel. However, I would stay there again.

Check in started out well, the associate checking us in was friendly. We went to our assigned room to find a do not disturb sign on the door and our key wouldn’t work. I went back to the desk to tell the associate that I thought someone was already in the room. They walked back to the room with me and tried to enter with their key but the dead bolt was on. They knocked and some man who was half asleep came to the door, the associate started asking them if they were supposed to be in the room and kept asking their name which was already awkward considering they woke this person up in the middle of the night. We eventually were given another room. I reserved a king bed but since someone was in the room we ended up with 2 queen beds, there was hair in the bathroom sink and holes in the walls that were covered in tape. For the most part the room seemed pretty clean besides those 2 things. The bed was comfortable. The area where the hotel was located seemed somewhat shady, it was fine for one night.

Great place on the border

The hotel is ok. The lobby is nice and the staff were friendly. On the surface the room looks nice but it is extremely dirty. Upon walking on the floor without shoes after showering our feet were dirty and the towel on the floor after stepping on it had a black footprint. The location and area around the hotel is also questionable. The parking lot is well let.

Loved the modern decor. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is the shower needed cleaning.

Hotel was new and nice but the parking lot was trashed.. Trash can by the front door was overflowing. A lot of "take, lock and hide" warning signs and judging from the number of vagrants it's well warranted. They do have more outside lights than a maximum security prison so that's good. It's right across the highway from a casino. Only restaurant in the area is a Cracker Barrel about a mile away. Not in walking distance but you wouldn't want to walk anyway.
