No trash can. Myself and staff could not get tv working. Shower gel container was empty. Fitted sheet was too small and kept coming undone. Called front desk twice and had to go to front, rang the bell amd still didnt come to front. I had to go behind counter and get his attention. Horrible service and room was not worthy of the price

Great potential, services lack lustre of Hilton st
It was pleasant, lovely spacious room and well outfitted kitchen. Reception team did not want to give us 2 double beds room even though our reservations clearly specified it as 2 Queen beds for 5 nights. They said it does not mean they have to give beds as specified, so they gave us a king bed. 2 nights later, we asked for the 2 Queen bed room again, the receptionist said “ you will need to pay extra as that is considered an upgrade”?!?! Just upsetting! Breakfast was good but never enough. It is true some guests do overindulge to excess and leave piles of food when they leave, but replenishments were just not forthcoming sadly. Easy and plentiful parking.

Thank you for making us feel at home.
Trip was great and the hotel was the main reason, we drove in and the room was ready the gentleman who checked us in was super nice and friendly. We had been on the road for about 10 hrs and to check in to a beautiful, spacious and clean room made it feel like we were home. We were there to celebrate my nephews 12 birthday and catch a Dallas Cowboy game so the commute was pretty easy to and from with the traffic. It was great having so many restaurants around. We definitely will be back again. The breakfast was nice and warm and with a good atmosphere and selection of fresh food.

Unsatisfactory
I planned a simple trip with family to visit the AT&T Stadium to watch my favorite team Play this past Sunday for my birthday. About my stay was unsatisfactory for many reasons: 1. Room given smelled like urine. 2. Staff was unorganized and did not know what they were doing and was given a 2nd room. 3. I got billed twice. I addressed this to office staff and was informed it would be taken off. I am still waiting for charges to be taken off. 4. Upon my return from the game, got locked from my room. Went to front office and was told there was an issue with my identity and room charges and had to present my ID and show them my reservation. The front office staff was rude and kept me waiting for 30 minutes late at night while he spoke with management over the phone. Office staff stated I had to speak with management in the morning. 5. Spoke to front office staff in the morning and lady at the office stated there is no longer an issue and everything is okay. Huh…..don’t understand what happened.. Will I stay again, no.

We would definitely stay here again if in the area. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hot breakfast was appreciated. The only reason to not give all five stars is because the breakfast area could be cleaner as far as dish cleanup and table wipedown was concerned.

The pros and cons
Nice hotel in a nice location. Rooms were great. I'm not a big fan of the clean up the rooms every other day part. If you have more than 2 people in the room you have to go down every day to get extra towels for everyone which seemed to slow things down at the front desk. One of the days it was windy and we had tree limbs scratching on the window all day and night. Last con we didn't like the breakfast. It just was good. But overall experience was great. The front desk was awesome and room was clean and great.
