We kept busy with school clothes shopping. The location of the hotel was perfect for this.

For $200 a night they could at the very least, cleaned the room. It was filthy. Hand prints on everything else! I had to go in with Lysol and wipe everything down before I allowed my Kids to touch anything. Carpets was ripped and coming up on the side of the bed. Front desk did not seem to care that we were not happy with the room. When I told him, he answered like it was a normal thing to be unhappy with my room. We were set to stay for 3 nights total, but checked out after that initial first night.

As I was leaving, weaving the hotel’s dilapidated suitcase cart around the housekeeping carts on both sides of the hallway, I was squeezing past the housekeepers, trying to get past. One of them laughed at my struggles and none of them offered to assist. Not a good way to end my stay

For a La Quinta very disappointed. No towles, no soap. We were on the 4th floor, elevator broke, ice machines broke. Expensive stay for a motel 6 experience.

Do not book this hotel, pictures look decent, however hotel is in need of serious repairs. Elevator was broken during our entire stay, we were booked in the THIRD floor, had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs. Bathroom door would not close, door was broken off hinges. No blow dryer in room, called for a replacement, unable to accommodate my request, had to walk down to front desk to get blow dryer. Very unhappy with stay.

We arrived late -- fresh blood on the comforter, no other rooms available, no housekeeping so we had to change sheets ourselves. The room smelled like 20 bottles of airfresher were sprayed all over. Dirty common areas: Unvacuumed hallways, cigarette buts, and beer cans by the side entrances. We were refunded and switched hotels in the morning. Spend the extra money to stay anywhere else.

I thought we could count on a certain level of cleanliness and service with a La Quinta. Not so with this location. The pool was filthy, the stairwells could be combed with the amount of dog hair and detritus. There was trash piled up in the trashcans. Unbelievable really. The second day we were there, there was a fire in the electrical room of the elevator. This meant no elevator service for the trip. The room had a water damaged ceiling , the door did not close properly and the bathroom door was so narrow, my husband had to turn sideways to get in, and he is not a big guy. Can't be code. Pigsty.

Where do I start? Upon arrival, the hotel appeared to be updated, but upon closer inspection it was pretty much a dump. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of plugs, etc. for phones and such. But that was about it. The bathroom door was literally falling off of its hinges so it was very difficult to shut the door. Bathroom was small and gross with the closet awkwardly hiding behind the broken bathroom door. We were there for 4 nights but they still didn’t think we needed housekeeping service 🙄. The washing machine was broken so couldn’t do laundry, and the garbage cans in the hallway and outside were overflowing with trash. There was a FIRE in the elevator room so the elevator was out of service the last two days of our stay. We got to stand outside for an hour while 4 fire trucks, a chief’s car, and an ambulance rolled up. I would not recommend this hotel

I had to buy bathroom cleaner and scrub the mold from the shower before we could use it. They showed up to clean the room after 3:30pm the first day. We’d been gone most of the day and the kids were napping so they just gave us clean towels. The next day they didn’t even come. The girl at the desk was short with me when I asked about it.
