Very disappointed in parking situation, nearly 2 blocks away. Did not have a safe feel for 2 ladies traveling alone. Room was nice, shower was great. But on morning we were to depart before we could even checkout housekeeping opened door and walked in without knocking or announcing themselves first. Would not stay here again

Good central location, walkable to several restaurants, breweries and attractions. Hotel was clean. Parking was ok. Downside was that the rooms weren’t very well insulated. We could hear every noise. Signs advised that ice was located on certain floors, but couldn’t actually get to those floors. I learned from housekeeping that guests could only take the elevator to the floor they were staying on. There is no taking the stairs as there is no door handle on the inside door of each stairwell. If you enter the stairs…. You must go all the way down to the lobby. The front desk staff said “ that must be a new thing” when I asked why the elevator would only take me to my floor ( with no ice or vending). Room was cramped with few working outlets. Fortunately Tulsa was so fun with so many things to do that we didn’t have to spend much time in the room.

They stole my phone charger after telling me they did find it and would hold it for me. I was told it was there the day after we checked out, I said I would come by to pick it up. I did and it couldn’t be found less then 12 hours later. No one did anything and they could not have cared less. It was clean and had comfy beds, but don’t forget anything and they are liars.

The place it self was great. It was very clean. The only thing complaint would be the help desk guy he didn't show us how use the elevator correctly with our cards. We went up and down so many times them tried to use the stairs to get to our floor but had no handles to open them luckily one was open. Made it back down to the main floor and I said the elevator is messed up then the guy tending bar showed us how to use our card correctly to get the our room. The desk guy was no where around at this point. We weren't the only ones having this problem. Not being showed how to use the card

We loved this place! It’s at the top of the hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Extremely clean, very spacious, and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. We had a minor set back on the last night we were there, the AC broke down and it was a very hot night. Another odd thing is that they don’t have a dedicated parking garage. You either find street parking or you park in a lot nearby and walk 2 blocks to the hotel. Overall I’m happy and the parking issue will not be a turn off. We plan on staying there when visiting Tulsa again.

Location and hotel were great. However our air conditioning wasn’t working so we changed rooms the first night so it wasn’t the biggest issue. The shower flooded easily and water would get all over the bathroom floor. We had to clean this up every time so ran out of towels quickly and when I went to get more I was told some would be brought up but never happened. When I walked down again the lady was busy having lunch with a friend who said he was just there to keep her company… House keeping came by our second morning and asked if we wanted service. I replied yes, but if they can come back in an hour. I was told that wasn’t a problem but I guess they forgot because when we returned that night everything was the way we left it. The biggest problem was the parking. There was no valet so I paid for daily parking and ended up getting a ticket each day my car was left there! None of the staff really knew why I got them but it happens and the hotel manager needed to get with the parking manager. Even though the hotel took had my license plate and was supposedly entered in their system. So now I had to pay for parking each day and I received $180 in tickets from another state! Information was exchanged because no answers could be given at the time of checkout. I wasn’t the only with tickets so there was definitely an on going issue that has never been resolved.
