Overall, this is a nice hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The property itself is pleasant, and the breakfast buffet was good with a decent selection. The general cleanliness was acceptable, and we appreciated the kindness of the team throughout our stay.
However, there were a few issues that unfortunately left us with a slightly sour aftertaste.
The main problem was housekeeping. On multiple days, the cleaning staff did not come between 10 AM and 4 PM, which is typically when guests are out by the pool or away from the room. Even though we placed the “Please clean my room” sign on the door for about six hours, our room was not serviced. This happened on two days. Instead of cleaning, we were given vouchers worth 150 baht per day (300 baht total).
While we appreciated the gesture, the vouchers turned out to be frustrating. They stated that they were valid at all beverage and food outlets, so we assumed this included the minibar in our room. However, when checking out, we were informed that the vouchers did not apply to the minibar — something that was not specified on the voucher itself. As a result, we had to pay extra. The amount was not significant, but it was disappointing because the compensation for not receiving housekeeping already felt minimal compared to the cost of the stay.
Additionally, during checkout, there was confusion regarding the minibar charges. The minibar contents did not match what was listed, and we were initially charged for item
