Horrible experience. There is no one there to answer questions or help in any way, you have to send a message and hope for a response. You need data to get into the hotel, which they don't tell you till you get there, and even then you cant get in as wifi would not connect inside the building and the wifi was down our entire last day. I got multiple messages telling me to pay the taxes before i even left home, which i had already paid but no messages about getting into the building or the room?? i arranged a private ride from airport and while still inside the airport trying to sort out our lost luggage i got a whatsapp message asking if i was still inside, followed by a “hello??” And then telling me the driver was leaving and that i would still have to pay the $65 euro (even after explaining our luggage was lost). Four days later, our luggage arrived after waiting outside in the lane for 1.5 hrs while my husband sat in a restaurant by himself waiting, as we had just ordered our dinner and were told our bags would be delivered in 20 minutes by the contact for our room. $130 euro for a ruined dinner and a lot of wasted time trying to get into the room.
