The hotel isn’t really a hotel, more a few rooms in a residential building. The room looked absolutely nothing like the one we booked and was smelly and damp. It’s not possible to leave luggage. We arrived, stayed 1 night and barely slept as it’s so noisy and then left to check in to another hotel. We are finding it very hard to get a refund.

Nice little hotel, staff helpful and kind, the room was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The parking situation was a bit hard and some previous guest had definitely smoked in the room because a slight odor was there.

The windows in the room were wide open, so checking in at 23:00 it was 10 degrees in the room. Every step from people above or in next rooms carried into my room. The bed (read: bunk) was probably from a kids dormatory, two-storey bed with approx. 50cm between the matresses, which were awful. Not again.

The room was advertised with a balcony, which indeed was there but into a gloomy and dark backyard on the first floor. There was only one light in the room, in the ceiling, no bedside lamps. the shower was broken,, so the only option was to use the bathtub, as the switch to get water in the shower was broken. There was a kettle, but no cups or glasses, no tea or coffee. Even if we had our own coffee and tea with us, there was nothing to drink it from except ONE cup in the bathroom. All in all, very disappointing. There was no breakfast service either, which we may have missed information about.

Pros Bed was small but extremely comfy. Cons I booked economy room with bunk bed and was given the room number 2 which had nothing to do to what's presented in pictures. So make sure to check it before you take it . The room was cold even though the heater was at maximum. You don't get the reception at all times. The check out was said to be at 10:00. So at the exact time I got out of the room and headed to reception to leave my luggage. Unfortunately there was nobody. After waiting half an hour I tried to contact them via WhatsApp and phone calls, but still unreachable. That was such a loss of time and lots of inconvenience. I then left the luggage in the room and kept the keys. Later on they wrote that I could leave the luggage in the room.

Einen kleinen Wasserkocher hätten wir sehr geschätzt. Es war doch sehr kalt in Düsseldorf und wir hätten gerne einen Tee getrunken. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich.
