Overall, my stay was very good! There were just a few things I thought were important to mention, especially for those who are planning a trip (which for me consumed both my time and money). If you pay with a credit card, your payment will likely not process the 100% deposit, as the company collects at time of checking (always check with your credit card company). Make sure you confirm with the owner in writing (or text in most cases- save it), if you're needing to check in earlier than 3pm. There was some miscommunication/or misunderstanding with my request and resulted in a flight change (worked out better for me, thanks to a customer first airline), however, that may not always be the case with other airlines. Towels were provided, however, if you need additional towels it may cost you $5 each. Now that that's out of the way, I absolutely LOVED the location, the property, friendly and family oriented environment, and the owner was good at keeping in communication with me via text/or phone call. There were at least two women I spoke with during the duration of my planning our family trip. The second female didn't seem as knowledgeable and when I began asking questions pertaining to my stay, she hung up on me...twice!! She apologized some time later, and admitted to driving while also attempting to process my early payment for my stay on the property. I was overcharged $10. I was however, accommodated by being able to check in at 12:30pm with my 2 children.
