It was very clean, and nice that there was an explanation about how different uses of the towels would affect the environment! Room service would have been great as we had to eat somewhere else except for the great free breakfast! That was my only real complaint, really. I would definitely stay at another Best Western!

A hidden gem of a place
I’ve stayed at 2 other hotels very near to this one and have to say this is a hidden gem! Honestly had I known of the amenities and the spacious room prior to booking other hotels near by I would have definitely changed my stay to this place. And let’s not even forget the scrumptious “free” breakfast. The chef is the best and the food great! This will be my destination when visiting Palm Desert at any given time!
