This hotel was old but comfortable. Very close to everything we had to get to . This kids loved the pool and the food was pretty good

The kids enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend the breakfast, even though we paid for it - it was enjoyable, tasted great with real eggs, and the coffee was wonderful - ! The hotel wasn't very clean, but that's because it is older. We were happy with our stay.

I really try to be fair in these reviews but I have a couple of comments about this hotel that I think other travelers would find relevant. The place is conveniently located. The staff members are friendly and professional. It's a perfectly adequate hotel and a decent value. It's a little old, but that's not a huge problem in and of itself. I have two problems. 1) The lock to the outer door was broken. Anyone could have gotten into the hotel and right to my room. 2) The thermostat in the room didn't work. It was quite cold in there and I could not get the heat to work. I could have complained, etc., but it was already late and I needed to sleep.

Did not receive housekeeping after first night. Did not receive room requested on booking (inside room with pool view) and when asked if we could switch to the requested room were told that there probably weren’t any available - front desk did not check when asked if they could look. Due to not being able to switch, had to stay in room close to interstate where we could here semi trucks driving by all night long. Overpriced for what they offer...

We were on our annual Christmas trip from PA to OK. Tried this place during our second night and it was a great choice! Everything was new about the hotel so the kids were really excited and slept well. On top of that, we were near a new shopping center area. It was a nice chance to pick up things we missed in the hurry to leave. I would definitely stay here again on our way home.
