Very good fun for kids

we found 2 bugs(inside the tissue box and the other on the bath towel), we reported it at the desk.

Well when I booked the reservation I was looking for a hotel close to Cleveland airport this hotel is not even close they tell me when I walk in the pool is closed but it was not they had a party and it seemed to me I was getting the Donna summer treatment then I mentioned I booked because of the pool they pulled out a piece of paper for me to sign acknowledging I would not use the pool first question I had was how did they know I was not part of the party I was so tired I signed because of how I was treated I will never stay in another days inn as long as I live I called hotel.com I was on hold a long time but they did offer to change hotels I was there for a funeral and really wanted to go to sleep as I just flew in off red eye to their credit they did let me check in early at 11am also the restaurant only served breakfast I did also was compt a 50 dollar voucher for my inconvenience

I would describe this hotel as worn out and needs some investment $$ to bring it back.

8 families and a slew of kids(42 people total). We were treated great from check in to check out. We will be back soon! Great for families to socialize while kids have a blast in the pool. Rooms off the atrium can be noisy but we didn’t care we expected it and we added to it. Thank you to the entire staff!
