Very clean, sofa was not very comfortable, bed was excellent, very spacious, felt very much at home heating was an issue but corrected quickly, Not as sound proof as we would have like Close to everything!

It was really nice, quick, and affordable.

Not at all as described pictures very misleading and way overpriced when all your fees are added. For what was there not worth it at all. I had a nice unit booked for a much needed getaway and I was changed at the last minute to a main floor unit there was only one window that looked directly into a fence. No bedroom window!!!!!! Disgusting would NOT recommend

The apartment was in good condition and looked great on the site. However, there were no mugs for tea or coffee, the bath plug was broken so it would not hold water for a bath and there was hair everywhere. It was on the "clean" towels, all over the bathroom, livingroom and kitchen. Under the bed looked like it had never been cleaned as there were several plastic wrappers and huge dust bunnies. Additionally, wet laundry was left in the washer (I discovered this when I had to remove it to wash their allegedly clean towels), and when I texted the management about it, they told me to just pull it out if the washer. So it sat on the kitchen counter for over 5 days. When I left, I put it back in the washer on an extra long cycle so that the next person in the apartment didn't have to sleep on moldy sheets. Also be aware before you book that they will ask you to email them a copy of your government-issued ID. This is despite having someone there to check your identification upon arrival.àà

This place had numerous problems . TV wasnt working properly , got that fix (just a fire stick issue) oven was not working (stove top was ok) was a switch that got repaired , BUT the big one was no hot water they had those heat as you go little box units, it was not working , manager came tried to tell me it was . When you can hold your hand under the stream that is not hot water. checked out day early havent seen any kind of refund except my damage deposit . got talking with a guy in the parking lot as I loaded my truck he was having issues as well his big one was washer dryer unit was not working had a couple of other small ones

the property was great, convenient location, pool table in common area, and very clean. my only complaint is that there was no clear instructions as to how to check out. i was uncomfortable leaving the door unlocked with the keys on the table. although that was the way the room was left for me i was unable to contact the property management to confirm that i was leaving and that was how i was leaving it.

Great location in leafy central neighbourhood near cafes and parks. I liked the industrial-loft decor of the suite, and it was very clean. The management company needs to be more on top of things - the first suite I stayed in did not have functioning wifi (which I needed, because I was there on a working trip) or temperature control, which management seemed baffled by. They moved me to another suite the second night (no batteries in the remotes, but that was more easily remedied). If you're staying here and you need to use the internet, make sure you specify that in advance. Overall, despite the headaches, I'd stay here again.

The view is amazing and check-in and out is simple.

Right in the middle of downtown. Perfect location.

Great place. Modern, clean, and equipped with everything. Beds very comfortable with soft, soft sheets. Bathroom has a rare tub and shower combo with lots of towels of all sizes. Great big windows and amazingly quiet for being downtown on a weekend.
