I booked 1 room at Orchid beach house and a different room by accident at orchid house. The property managers were not willing to work with my family and I to have both rooms in one place and the rooms are not refundable. Rooms were a bit small. Staff was nice. No breakfast included and food was overpriced.

Good experience
We had a good experience at Orchid House Tulum. It was a beautiful hotel and the service was generally good. We would have liked some orientation on arrival, for example how to get to the beach, how much taxis would cost, and where to buy groceries locally.
