Good location for the airport, excellent airport shuttle. Hotel and room were ok, not terrible but not great. We had a superior room but it didn't feel superior. Main gripe was that the one USB charging socket in the room didn't work and all the other sockets in the room were Swiss. In other Geneva hotels I've been to, they have USB and/or EU sockets, not just Swiss, and you would expect this at an airport hotel. We asked reception if we could buy/borrow a Swiss adaptor (and the guest information suggested there was a vending machine in the hotel to buy adaptors) but the staff knew nothing about this and were not helpful suggesting where we could get a Swiss adaptor. We eventually used a USB socket on the back of the TV to charge phones but this was slow and meant leaving the TV on overnight while sleeping. Various other small gripes, eg only one tea bag on tea tray (even once replenished), only powdered creamer, no milk (not even long life milk), no mug/cup in room for tea/coffee, just a plastic cup, no menu in room for the restaurant (which is next door in the Nash Hotel), shower gel dispenser in wet room not replenished, coffee machine in reception not working, vending machine quite empty. None of these are major issues but they left us feeling disappointed and as though we had to keep asking for things. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and wet room/shower room was large so they were good but generally felt the hotel could do better and was disappointing.
