Letdown for sure
The front desk was not very friendly when I arrived. There were 3 people there, 1was on the phone and the other 2 were discussing what seemed to be a reservation problem. I was there about 2 minutes before ever being acknowledged. Then, the 2 ladies that were there still did not stop and take care of me, instead I had to wait for the guy to get off the phone. He then proceeded to tell me that the King room I had booked & paid for, 3 days prior, was not available and that they would put us in a double-bed room. I pushed back until they finally “found” a king room. There was no microwave or fridge in the room and the ice machine on our floor, #2, was out of service. I had to go to the 6th floor to find ice.
The only good about the hotel, it was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the shuttle was very convenient to & from the airport. Our flight was too early in the morning, so we didn’t get to try the breakfast. A bit of a letdown overall.
