Parking is limited to 1 car per room. There are no handicap spots. Cute old Inn with no frills. Everything was clean. The best part was the instructions the owner left; they are hilarious. Affordable. I would stay here again.

Cozy, charming, and comfortable

The first thing I appreciated was how close it was to Main st. It was maybe a 5 minute drive from the motel to historic main! The second thing was how cute it was. We parked in the small parking lot in the back. The office area was so very cozy, with house plants and a little shelf of reading books. The woman at the desk was welcoming and knowledgeable. Our room was perfect for our needs (1 night in deadwood). The heater was needed, and it heated things up fast! I will say the shower was a bit of a squeeze for a plus sized person, but it got the job done.

Great Place to Stay

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Property is well maintained. Check-in is at 4:00, but the staff was done cleaning rooms by 3:15 and got us in early. The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to The Silverado casino. Restaurant at the Miner hotel next door had a great breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. Great room for a good price.

This property was a flashback to the old style motels (2 level) and is unique in this aspect as most larger hotels feel like a big box instead of a place to stay.

Check-in in time is at 4 pm which is later than most other hotels. Expedia sent several emails saying the check-in time was @ 3pm so we had to wait. The room was great but the bed was very uncomfortable.
