Reimbursement due to cold room and whistling
We arrived on the December 22 around 3:15p left around 3:04a our room 124 was super cold when we came back from dinner around 9:30p and we noticed a loud whistling sound when we before we left and when we came back from dinner we called customer service about not being able to adjust the temperature it stayed at 71 and wouldn’t go higher so we called the front desk twice he said maintenance was not available so we basically frozen all night we had an early flight so I had to go to sleep to make sure I got up in time I was going to report the whistling when maintenance came to check the air but since they weren’t there I just went to sleep however the next morning my sister said they had the same whistling issue and they reported it and was given a refund I reported it the next morning but I was not given anything I had 2 issues 1 was reported but since maintenance did not come I didn’t get a chance to tell them about the loud whistling sound. My sister was given a refund and we were not Carla claim there was not a sound when they checked but I know it was the few hours we were there and we literally got very little sleep because of the cold and whistling sound. How could this be fair to give refund to one room and not the other that had same issue plus 1 more problem my daughter has fibromyalgia which cold causes her a lot of pain which I had to deal with the whole trip back home…I am requesting the same fair treatment given to them a full reimbursement as well
