Extremely rundown. And I don’t think the sheets were changed because I saw body hair on the bottom sheet and they did not smell fresh at all. holes in the walls cracks in the walls missing tile in the shower.

The staff were very nice, The room and area is well maintained..My beefs are minimal.There was no breakfast offered.I will check that out in advance next time.There was no tissue paper.The microwave was missing the plastic piece that turns the glass base,which rendered it unusable.That's all minor concerns.Again,the room was very clean and a very nice staff to deal with..

The place was dirty, reeked of cigarette smoke, there was not even a room number sign on our room, the lady pointed to a door and said that was our room. There was plywood covering a opening in the wall, Barking dog a few doors down, we left this place immediately We are now fighting with the hotel for a refund but they are not willing. Do not stay here, it is truly a lousy motel Dennis

the room in the pic was DEFINITELY not the room we were given. As I stated in a previous "survey", the bathroom electric outlet was held to the wall with ducttape, the sink pipes were exposed and leaking, the shower had mold in the grout lines, the flimsy pressboard cabinet they had in the bathroom was water damaged, the microwave still had the previous renters food splatters and when we moved the TV stand to see why the TV wasn't working, we learned not only was it disconnected but there wasn't a safe way to connect it. Plus we discovered there was only ONE electric outlet anywhere near the nightstands (not ideal for two people that use CPAP machines) and bc we had to move things to search for electric outlets we discovered the only parts of the room that had been vacuumed were around the bed, it became painfully obvious the end tables, room chair and bureau/TV stand, hadn't been moved in quite some time. If it wasn't for the fact that the room had been paid for months in advance, we were only staying one night and at least the bed had clean linens and was comfortable, we wouldn't have stayed. It will take a lot for me to trust Hotels.com again.

Close to route 100. Needs updating. Very stingy with soap and towels, no tissue, had to ask for coffee, only 1 reg and 1 decaf for 2 people who don’t drink decaf. No creamor only something called whitener. Drapery rod broken so drapes couldn’t close. No table and chairs for eating.

We only stayed one night, and it was clean enough, but stunk so badly of smoke that my pillows i brought with me, needed washed when i got home. Free wifi doesnt work, at all. The cable tv they promise, also doesnt work. Also there is no way to control the temperature ( heat not AC) so i was cold all night. I didnt expect much given the price, however I do expect the amenities we are promised, to be fulfilled.
