disgusted and ripped off
was totally disgusted with the filthiness of the room. I slept on the floor and checked out after one night and was charged for 5. although I did agree with their policy on cancellations, there should be remedy for customers who are dissatisfied with "product". like not paying for a meal that is unedible.

When I checked in clerk asked “How many in the room?”, “Was I by myself?”, “Was I expecting any company?” I’ve never been given a third degree like that when checking into a motel by myself. Bath tub grout looked dirty. I didn’t feel it looked clean to use. There was a strange door in the room. Who knows what was behind it. Lots of street noise both from traffic and people walking on street.

Cost of $147 for a 2 star at best MOTEL is crazy. Very small, utilitarian room. The base of the bed was a metal box that creaked each time you moved in the bed. Smallest bar of soap I have ever seen. No plugs by bed on either side.
