Literally 15 steps to the theatre. Fun location for those who love the Broadway hoopla! The roof top bar was great. The room wascdpacious and comfortable.

Quick upgrade, but pull out was uncomfortable
The pull out in living area had awful mattress unfortunately, and pillows were poor. Appreciate the upgrade to a suite a lot, with no hesitation. Just wish the pull out was more comfortable. Two bad nights of sleep. Hotel waa super convenient for all of our running around. Staff was very helpful. Housekeeping did nice job.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of it all.
We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Times Square. We were impressed right off the bat by the front desk staff who stowed our luggage upon arrival. They were jamming as it was a few days before New Year’s Eve but they were all kind and helpful. The elevators were quick and safe. The lobby bathrooms were clean. We had three hotel rooms and they were all spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were great, the shower was FANTASTIC and the complimentary water was very helpful for busy party. The convenience of location cannot be overstated. I wish we had made use of Bar 54 and its views. I would definitely stay here again.

Not up to Hilton / Human standards.
The reviews about the elevators is 100% accurate. They are about as temperamental as a toddler who has lost their favorite toy. According to staff of it is too windy outside the elevator doors will not close. Secondly. The bed feels like you are sleeping on an extremely lumpy slab of limestone. Oh and I hope you like not having any control over the temperate in your room. I kept the thermostat turned down all the way to 67, and could never seem to get the room below 74. If you aren’t into comfort and just need a place to store your bags this would be an ideal place for you. If you are a normal human I’d suggest elsewhere as this property does not live up to the brand standards. I must say one positive thing like my mama taught me. The property is close to a lot of things, so you do have that.

Wasn’t worth the money that I paid stayed a week could have went else where.. Deluxe room back of the buildings view not a city view. Was told I could call for a microwave but I guess it was first come first serve. Much as I paid microwave should have already been in the room didn’t have one for me. My room was next door to an employee entrance all I heard was laughing in closing of the door. From what I saw just by walking around the city other hotels was better.

To See Rockefeller Christmas Tree
The hotel was wonderful, great location to Rockefeller Center, Train Station & Bryant Park. Only problem I had was I did not get hot water in the morning to take a hot shower, however the hotel waived my resort fee for that night immediately without having to ask when I checked out. Which was great! The Doormen are incredibly nice; one gentleman in particular we've met over the last couple years. The inhouse food area is very nice & convient.
