Convenient location
This is a great base for a few days. Good restaurants around, small private beach, pool is wonderful, ocean view rooms are nice to relax. The front desk and coffee shop staff could definitely improve customer service. We had someone send us flowers in a bottle of champagne… The flowers were there for over 24 hours before they contacted us. We pick them up, and half an hour later our door went and they realize the bottle of champagne went with it. We felt terrible as we were delayed and thanking the people who sent it to us didn’t seem to care that it was sitting over 24 hours. It was the one front desk girl that told us they actually arrived yesterday afternoon. The coffee shop is good, but the staff are not friendly… I will say the grounds crew, security people are lovely. All with a warm smile and willing to help. We have been to SXM a few times, so this was the base prior to going to Anguilla. We didn’t have to rent a car as we enjoyed what was conveniently located around us is essentially located to explore the island.

2nd time, will there be a 3rd?
2nd time at resort. Took 4 times of calling to get clean towels. Maid took dirty towels but never replaced them. Gotten eaten alive by mosquitos and other bugs on the 1st floor. Last time was on 3rd floor with no bug issues. Will only book again if they can guarantee not being on bottom floor. Had serial smokers above us with balcony door opening every 30 mins from 3am to 8am. Wish they had a non smoking wing for people who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. Bartenders and beach bar are great.

Loved our stay. We will definitely be back! The villas are cozy, spacious, and clean. As someone who hates dirty hotels, my expectations were met with ease. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We fell in love with the pool bartender, Minerva! She was kind, god-fearing, and hilarious. We loved our breakfast served, Pat (Patricia), who made us laugh and kept it real. I would definitely be staying here again. I had an issue with the room I was assigned to and it was promptly handled by the manager Francisco. He was amazing, breakfast restaurant had some difficulties with the room numbers. They came multiple times to confirm rooms. But they were friendly and nice abt it and so were we, even after the fifth time in one day, was very disappointed that the cafe was charging .50 for a cup of ice. The rooms were clean, nice lighting in the bathrooms and nice firm beds. Even with the 2 issues I’d stay here again and have already recommended to family and friends
