We have been staying 2 nights at this hotel. On the first day we about to check in, misunderstood GPS, and we went into a slightly wrong way, and it turned out that it was a road belongs to another company. The Gate closed right after we entered, and it was late night. No one we can reach to open that gate. we managed to reach the Hotel reception, and they are very nice and careful. They brought us water while the manager making some phone calls. After some time, they managed to reach someone who can remote open the gate.
We are very grateful they helped us out in this situation. We stayed at this hotel to two days, and they are very nice and kind.
