We would not come back
They really pushed their Paladium Club, and we unfortunately ended up spending 2½ hours of our holiday listening to 4 different sales people trying with all sorts of tricks to make us spend 8000 USD right there on the spot.
That really left us with a bad taste in our mouth, imagine they spend our holiday time trying to sell us a Club membership.
Likewise with the hotel hires personel that tried to sell us trips (especially diving and snorkling): The guys only salary is the commision they get from selling the trips, which in our case resulted in a verbal attack on us from one of the sales guys because we ordered a trip with one of his "colleagues". Really a disgrace - again image that you get harazed by a sales guy because you buy a product from the hotel...
Besides that food was OK, staff was friendly, but sometimes slow and disorganised. Hotel room and most facilities were old, but maintained to an OK level.
